Products purchased during SALE / BUY 1 GET 1 offers / concession periods are not eligible for exchange or return.
Snug Clothing follows a no-refund policy. We do not offer cash or monetary refunds for any orders.
However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we issue a Credit Note that you may redeem anytime on your next purchase with us.

We use standard US & EUR sizing to help you select the right fit. If you still wish to exchange your product for another size, please email us at snugclothing2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed only for size and only for the same style.
If the size or style is out of stock, you may choose another product of the same price or higher.
Please mention the desired exchange style and size clearly on the invoice inside the package.
The product must reach us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original packaging and invoice.
Exchange requests will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or use.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Snug Clothing.
You may use any courier service of your choice to send the product back to us.
Alternatively, you may request a reverse pickup at a charge of ₹200, by emailing us at snugclothing2025@gmail.com
Once we receive your returned product, we will ship the exchanged size at no additional shipping cost.
Please ensure you share the proof of postage and tracking number so that we can track the return and confirm delivery.
